We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team in .
As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various landscaping projects.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Landscape Supervisors must have a CDL endorsed drivers license, the abillity to operate vehicles, pull tailors, operate equipment and power tools.
```Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in performing landscape maintenance tasks
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including planting, installing patios and retainer walls, shoreline restoration, lawn installation and general landscape maintenence.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and provide guidance and feedback as needed
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Manage the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project
- Oversee tree care activities, including pruning, trimming, and removal
- Collaborate with other departments or contractors involved in landscaping projects
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure that all team members follow proper safety protocols

- Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
