Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team.
As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Duties: - Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications - Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or similar software - Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction-related challenges - Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, change orders, and RFIs - Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam to streamline project communication and documentation Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or similar tools - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders - Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings - Experience with budgeting and cost control using tools like HeavyBid - Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure Location: Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
