*About the Job and Responsibilities:*
Our lead plumbers must be licensed, experienced, and motivated to work on both commercial and residential job sites to be considered for this position.
We are in need Lead plumbers with at least 3 years of experience overseeing crews of 2-10 plumbers.
You should also have experience attending weekly job meetings and coordinating with General Contractor’s on-site Supervisor throughout the duration of each project.
* Ensures work complies with engineering specifications and local building codes.
* Keeps accurate work logs: job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.
* Work with minimal supervision, applying your skills and independent decision-making in a manner that will provide superior quality work for the customer.
* Ability and willingness to train and mentor apprentices.
*Qualifications:*
* Must possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI
* At least 3 years Lead experience.
* Possess a _*valid*_ Michigan driver’s license and a _*clean driving record*_.
* Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
, climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places.
* Skilled at using power and hand tools.
* Excellent and effective communication skills - oral and written.
