Job responsibilities
Ensures that SHE Management System sets up all Risk Control Elements (from RCE00 to RCE29) and is effectively implemented in all National Vacuum Equipment sites.
Supports local management team to manage a long-term sustainable approach to the assessment of all risks, the recordings of such risks and prompt introduction of measures to minimize the risks, both preventative and protective.
Develops SHE trainings/certifications and raises SHE awareness for employees/management.
Responsible for facility management within National Vacuum Equipment sites to improve environmental road map, provide continuous update and implementation.
Oversee maintenance and custodian staff members.
Ensure that the design and implementation of all SHE programs are successful and involve all employees; especially in sharing updated information, further development and training.
Coordinates incident/hazard investigations and corrective actions.
Takes the lead role in investigations into serious incidents.
Participate in actions related to the establishment of and compliance with ISO Certifications.
Responsible for KPIs and monthly sustainability reporting and presentation on regular basis.
Ensures that local management operates streamlined and effective SHE reporting system which allows the monitoring of site SHE performance.
Participates in SHE Performance regular reviews, to provide input and advice.
Conducts audits and inspections to ensure company compliance and regulatory procedures.
Prepare and maintain necessary regulatory documentation and reports.
Education and experience requirements
A minimum of 3 years' experience within a multi-disciplined manufacturing environment.
Degree and/or training in a manufacturing discipline with experience in environmental health & safety
ISO certification and / or audit experience.
Knowledge
Strong communication organizational skills
High level of competency in MS Office suite.
Proficiency in Excel necessary.
