Being led by the Manthei Group’s Resort Park Division, this is a three phase project that includes installing of pre-manufactured homes.
We are an experienced, results-oriented, collaborative group and we're looking for construction staff to launch this exciting community project.
The primary responsibility will be to support the construction manager with a variety of tasks.

Typical work schedule will be Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work and overtime available.
Goal and Responsibilities Include: And may change or evolve over time -
Assist with setting and leveling modular homes on foundations
Secure modular home components, including walls, roofs, and floors
Collaborate with other construction professionals, to assist in preparing all systems for proper installation and function with modular home components, including walls, roofs, and floors.
Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
Load and unload materials and equipment
Operate hand and power tools
Perform sale ready maintenance and repairs on modular homes such as rough framing, drywall repair, basic carpentry, door adjustments, and installation of concrete skirting
A successful construction laborer will be flexible and willing to learn and do more to support the requirements and deadlines of the project.
An all hands on deck approach is essential to this role, working as a team to produce a safe, high quality and efficient construction site.
