Hello,
I don't know if anyone's looking for a quick buck, cash, but I have a relatively easy job for you if you are.
Last month I was in a car accident caused by a drunk driver.
I spent nearly month at Munson Medical Center.
I won't be walking anywhere for quite some time.
Well, that day I got hit, I had several trash bags lined up behind the garage to take to the dump later that day.
With the accident and trying not to die and all I completely forgot about it until just now and I need to deal with it ASAP.
There's 8 bags, most of which are still sealed, but critters got into a couple.
I need to pick up the little bit they scattered and rebag it, as well as double bag any other bags with tears or holes in them.
That should honestly take you maybe 30 minutes at best.
I'll even provide the bags and a grabber and some gloves if you like.
It really sincerely isn't that bad; you can see from the pictures.
It's just not accessible to someone in a wheelchair.
I also can't drive with injuries I've had, so, taking them to the dump and dropping them off (I'd pay for the $5/bag dump fee and I'm assuming many of you would have to go back to Traverse City anyway) would be appreciated as an additional bit, but if all you can do is the first part, that's fine too.
So, compensation: for driving out here and cleaning up and rebagging, I'd happily hand you $80 cash.
If you take the bags with you and dispose of them, I'll give you another $20 (plus another $40 to cover the $5/bag fee at the dump, for a total of $140).
If you have your own dumpster or an alternate (legal) way of disposing of the bags, obviously just pocket the extra $40 then.
Call me crazy, but for a short bit of work, I'd say that's fairly generous.
Especially since I'm out of work at the moment for obvious reasons.
You'd also be doing someone who is temporarily disabled a huge favor.
Please let me know if you agree and are interested.
Thanks,
Dan
