House Cleaning Site Supervisor

*Professional Cleaning Site Supervisor* Seeking an exceptional residential cleaner that can clean and oversee team members at various types of homes, follow company systems and procedures and ensure quality cleaning.
Duties will include cleaning, training of team members, over-seeing job sites, working with team members and clients to ensure quality of work and small office tasks.
\* This is a year round position.
Weekends may be necessary during peak season.
Generally closed on Wednesdays in off season.
8:00am-5:00pm, approx schedule.
This position offers a monthly bonus.
* Must have previous in home cleaning experience * You must be detail oriented, punctual and able to pass a background check.
* Valid drivers license and good driving record.
* You will be provided with a work car during business hours once approved by INS.
\*More Detailed Job Tasks * Assist with business aspects of Crystal Clean * Oversee job site cleaning/staff and on site training and light discipline * Aid in training program * Cleaning residential, commercial, construction and rental accounts * Maintaining cleaning supplies * House opening/closings * Manager on site of cleans * Create house information documents for office/staff on new clients and keep current client files up to date * Aid in client quote/contracts, when necessary * Social Media * Market new clients (bonus for new clients brought on) * Misc & personal tasks when assigned * This list is general, job responsibilities are not limited to the list Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.
