*Processor Lead/Lab Manager* The Processor Lead/Lab Manager will lead the lab from start to finish to create cannabis hash and rosin products.
Experience as well as a strong attention to detail are required to ensure the quality of the products are of the highest standard while maintaining state compliance.
*Essential duties & responsibilities:* · Perform work in conditions with fluctuating humidity and temperature.
· Oversee & organize production schedule.
· Lead the operation of an Osprey/Nest hash washer in the cold room.
As well leading the postproduction work, including operation of freeze driers, pressing rosin, decarboxylating rosin, and vape cartridge manufacturing.
· Maintain organized Metrc processes to ensure compliance with CRA & company standards.
· Ensure thorough cleanliness of all work areas involved daily, e.
g.
, sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces.
· Uphold the company's standard for quality by demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.
· Maintain thorough cleanliness and organizational standards.
· Oversee and train staff in all facility and department-specific safety standards, use of proper PPE where required, and non-compliance.
· Assist Operations Manager with tracking and organization of team members and production.
· Prepare final products for shipment.
· Maintain constant communication with upper management.
· Other duties as assigned.
