15 (USD) Hourly Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma in a technical subject in the specialty with experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
Professional Abilities and Skills: Communication and analytical skills, availability.
Technical knowledge: Expertise in the techniques and implementation of the equipment used; Knowledge in mechanics, electricity and pneumatic and hydraulic processes depending on the organization.
Ensures continuous production in terms of both quantity and quality through interventions, therefore contributing to the optimization of machine running time.
Optimises manufacturing changes (tools, devices, line clearance.

) in compliance with the goals defined and according to the procedures in effect, Approves any series change by checking the first parts produced, Ensures compliance with the monitoring plan, particularly at the start, Responsible for productivity and the quality of the work performed, Participates in all initiatives for progress linked to increased overall productivity of the production tool, including the QRQC line.
Can be asked to train a new employee at his workstation, Performs level 1 and 2 maintenance operations, Must inform the Maintenance department in the case of interventions outside his scope of intervention in order to guarantee the proper functioning of means of production, Must apply all QSE² procedures and operating instructions within the framework of operations linked to his job and the rules defined by the Group.
Agrees to act in accordance with the ethical rules of the Group.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Has a duty to preserve secrecy and confidentiality with respect to all the systems and data to which he may be granted access within the normal framework of his functions.
Internally, deals with Shift Supervisors and the Technical Group, Maintenance, Quality and Tooling services Authorized to block production in cases where the Quality department, Shift Supervisors and Autonomous Production Unit Manager are absents.
Must hold an electrical certificate, and, depending on the organizations, a forklift and/or overhead crane driver license Is authorized to collect and process the personal data necessary for the execution of its mission General Requirements (applies to all) : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
on a occasional daily basis, warm environment Ability to use hands/arms for repetitive button pushing for majority of shift.
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
on a constant/daily basis, including overhead pushing and pulling, as well as ability to work in a hot environment.
There will be the requirement to lift/push/pull over 50lbs (including overhead).
Ability to use hands/arms for repetitive gripping, pushing and pulling for majority of shift as well as potential ability to work over the shoulder for a portion of the shift, if necessary.
Ability to read and understand Work Instructions and Procedures related to the area and accurately perform the job trained for.
Ability to work overtime as needed/required.
In order to be fair to all of those working in this department, ability to work weekend schedules including Sundays, is required.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
