The individual must be hardworking, driven, and one that takes pride in their quality of work.
Ability to perform routine manual and semi-skilled work in the excavating industry is required.
Responsible for the tools and equipment used in the day-to-day operations.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*
· Ability to use shovels, rakes, compactors, and misc.
hand / power tools.
· Position requires repeated moderate to heavy physical exertion, frequent moving, walking, along with the ability to pull, lift and carry heavy objects with a maximum of 50 lbs.
· Must be able to move in any type of soil conditions and terrain.
· Must be able to maintain constant visual or verbal contact with fellow equipment operators.
· Ability to follow demonstrated instructions.
· Flexibility of working long hours and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
· If not already experienced, must be willing to learn how to operate various excavating equipment.
· Assists with snowplowing and salting.
· Maintain a clean job site and clean up all equipment each day.
· Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
· Other duties as required.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
· Require a High School Diploma or GED.
· Must be reliable and punctual.
· Retain a valid driver's license – Class A CDL is a plus!
· Required to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Pay: $15.
