*3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician - Union Facility*
*Job Description: *
1.
Diagnostics and repair of all manufacturing equipment including Injection machines, custom forming equipment and tooling, part curing ovens, moving/rigging of equipment.
2.
Interaction with field technicians and manufacturing personnel for in-depth machine customization.
3.
This position requires a great deal of mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting of gear, screw, reducers, pulleys, hydraulics, burner/gas control, gas piping, etc
Structural building projects, general carpentry, cleaning of exhaust systems, fabrication of brackets and guards, unloading steel with hi/lo
*Required Skills and Abilities:*
1.
Ability to interact with production cells.
2.
Able to complete duties under tight deadlines and while attending to multiple duties simultaneously.
3.
Physical requirements - twisting, bending, stooping, crawling, lifting up to 50 lbs
4.
Must have basic working knowledge of computers (data input and retrieval).
5.
Be proficient in basic math.
6.
Be able to write legibly and maintain records.
7.
Able to possess a Powered Industrial Truck/Arial Lift license
8.
Must have mechanical and electrical ability to include troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
9.
Knowledge of ISO 14001
10.
Be able to communicate with other maintenance personnel, supervisors and production operators.
*Required Education and/or Experience:*
1.
Must possess appropriate journeyman’s card, certification, or 8 or more years of relative experience in auto industry.
2.
High School Diploma is required.
