Subcontractor Manager

In this full-time role as a Subcontract Manager you will be part of a small close-knit team working to organize, maintain and oversee the subcontract process for a busy construction company.
*The Role:* As the Subcontractor Manager, you will work closely with field and corporate operations to identify and manage subcontractors on multiple jobsites.
This position will also assist in the onboarding of subcontractors as well as daily and/or weekly reporting to the Project Manager.
Must be a multi-tasker, organized and able to manage several detailed processes at a time.
Must have the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams to develop, implement and maintain processes for timeliness and quality.
The successful candidate will have some construction, solar and electrical knowledge.
*Wage:* This is a full time position.
Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, paid training, company-match 401K, discretionary profit sharing and year-end bonus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.
