finances and monthly projects Present monthly financial statements to Finance Committee Monthly General ledger entries for Payroll, Payroll Taxes, and health benefits, Revenue, Credit Card purchases, ACH deposits.
Monthly bank reconciliations Prepare information for 990 tax return to CPA.
Prepare annual budget for ATS.
MSHDA (HUD) reporting for Sara’s House.
Supervisor for our Accounting Manager.
Attending monthly Board and finance Committee meetings.
Organize annual audit w/auditors.
QUALIFACTIONS: BA Business Administration or 2-year degree in AAS SKILLS NEEDED/EXPERIENCE: Computer skills QuickBooks experience Manual journal entries experience Good organizational and communication skills.
Multi-tasked.
Experienced with automated books, spread sheets, assorted software.
Enjoys working in a team environment.
