Position Overview
We seek a Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our two MedSpa locations, oversee clinical and administrative staff, and ensure excellent guest relations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of aesthetic treatments and skin care products, ability to manage human resources including commission-based staffing models and genuine excitement for the expansive aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities
Medispa Operations:
Ensure that daily operations are a harmonious blend of exceptional customer service, uncompromising safety, and unwavering client satisfaction.
Keep our locations pristine, organized, and sanctuaries of safety for clients and staff alike.
Staff Management:
Assemble, train, and guide our dedicated spa staff, which includes proficient estheticians, skilled therapists, and adept administrative personnel.
Create and manage staff schedules to guarantee seamless coverage.
Skillfully manage the human resources aspect, including overseeing payroll processing, steering staff benefits, conducting insightful employee performance reviews, and addressing employee relations and conflicts.
Technology Integration:
Collaborate closely with our esteemed board-certified plastic surgeons and providers to ensure the seamless utilization of cutting-edge technology.
This includes lasers, radiofrequency devices, and other advanced equipment.
Keep a keen eye on industry trends and technological advancements, ensuring our MedSpa stays at the forefront.
Business Expansion:
Play a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of our Medspa into additional spaces and satellite locations in the near to mid-term.
Develop and execute strategies that pave the way for successful expansion, covering site selection, staffing, and operational logistics.
Satellite Facility Management:
Oversee the operation of our existing satellite facility in Petoskey, ensuring it sails smoothly under our high company standards.
Coordinate travel requirements between our primary location and satellite facilities, all to be determined by you in collaboration with our esteemed physician owners.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the MedSpa or aesthetic management domain.
A powerhouse in the realm of leadership and team management.
Deep knowledge of HR practices, including adeptness in payroll processing, skillful management of staff benefits, and the art of conducting employee performance reviews.
Expertise in the intricacies of advanced technology and equipment typically found in the realm of medical aesthetics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
