This positions offers the opportunity to lead all aspects of our floor operations business.
You will support the GM to deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent and consistent customer service.
You will ensure high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need great management and people skills.
We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
Ultimately, you will ensure your shifts run smoothly and customers have pleasant experiences during your shifts.
The Shift Manager will spend the majority of their time in the kitchen, both supervising as well as working hands-on and making menu items.
You will support the GM in training and enforcing store processes and procedures.
This position will give you the ability to grow your management skills and mentor younger staff members.
A successful candidate would be good at multi-tasking and able to function in a fast past environment.
Compensation of range of $15-$17 hour.
based on level on experience.

*Responsibilities* * Ensure restaurant provides a high quality product and excellent customer service * Build successful team by working with GM and mentoring young staff * Provide superior service and maximize customer satisfaction * Regularly review product quality * Organize and supervise shifts * Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to GM * Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations * Train new employees * Provide disciplinary action when necessary * Enforce company policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations *Skills* * Proven work experience as a Restaurant/Shift Manager * Fast food management experience strongly recommended.
