Automotive Service Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team.
Our Current service manager of 42 years is retiring! ((Thank you for the wonderful years Bob!!!)) The ideal candidate will oversee the service department operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of mechanics and service advisors - Coordinate daily operations to meet service department goals - Oversee vehicle repairs, maintenance, and quality control - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Qualifications: - Previous experience as a mechanic or in automotive service management - Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, brake repair, and auto estimating - Strong knowledge of auto service management practices - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in automotive sales is a plus If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for the automotive industry and possess the skills mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
