Lead Toddler Teacher

Northern Michigan Community Child development Center is looking for a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team.
This position is responsible for upholding and supporting our curriculum and philosophy, as well as: -The supervision, safety, and education of infants -Building positive relationships with parents -Following all childcare licensing and other applicable rules and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: -Activity supervise and engage with children -Effectively communicate with parents -Prepare lesson plans based on creative curriculum and zoophonics -Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment -Keep accurate records -Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask with flexibility POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience -Valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential -Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Child Development -prior experience working with children is preferred JOB TYPE: Full Time Salary: $16.
