Responsibilities:
* Daily inventory and stock rotation
* Prep
* Line set up
* Expediting and Cooking tickets as ordered by guests for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service
* Overseeing that all aspects of the kitchen operation are being accomplished in an organized, efficient and sanitary manner
* Assisting in training incoming cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers
* Daily break down and clean-up of kitchen
* Participating in weekly deep cleaning and Maintenance
* Working directly with Cafe owners to ensure quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency of the operation as a whole
Qualified individuals will be expected to train directly under owners for whatever time is required to learn all aspects of the operation of the business.

This position is for a "hands-on" lead who will manage a cook line.
Daily line cooking and expediting tickets are the sole functions of this role.
Ideal candidate will have a high tolerance for pressure and will be able to work successfully through busy times of daily service.
Experience cooking high-quality, Mediterranean, Rustic Cuisine featuring eclectic breakfast items, fresh pasta, braised meat, local fish, risotto, vegetables and brick oven pizza is a necessity.
