Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling, bartending, and food service management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles
