Closing Manager

*Position Overview:* We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Closing Manager to join our team.
The Closing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant during evening hours.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing closing procedures, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
*Responsibilities:* Supervise and coordinate closing activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Manage a team of evening staff members, including assigning duties and providing guidance as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Handle cash and reconcile drawer daily.
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including restocking and performing closing duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
*Contribute to creating a positive work culture and fostering a team-oriented environment.
* *Requirements:* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
*Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus.
