_NMSAS Recovery Center is a nonprofit organization seeking an executive director with required competencies and characteristics consistent with the values of the organization to provide visioning, positioning, leadership and strategic planning for the agency.

_ * _Oversee and assure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations governing but not limited to administration of nonprofit organization, contracts and reimbursement of publicly funded services and provision of substance use disorder peer recovery support services and treatment including medication assisted treatment services.
_ * _Oversee and ensure compliance with CARF Standards for accreditation.
_ * _Oversee the selection, employment, control and discharge of employees, and development and maintenance of personnel policies and practices for the agency.
_ * _Monitor environmental risks and opportunities and assist the Board of Directors in the strategic planning process.
_ * _Oversee agency financial transactions consistent with the agency’s Accounting Policies and Procedures.
_ * _Promote the mission, values and services of NMSAS before associations, public, government agencies or community groups.
_ * _Confer with the Board of Directors, staff and other constituencies to formulate plans and establish policies.

_ _*Qualifications:*_ * _A master's degree in social work, human services, health administration or related field_ * _A minimum of three years’ experience in behavioral or physical health administration_ * _Experience working for a nonprofit organization preferred_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $92,000.
