(7 hour work day)*_ _*Job Responsibilities:*_ * _Responsible for clinical and administrative supervision of counseling and case management services_ * _Facilitate and provide clinical direction in case reviews with team.
_ * _Conduct audits of client files and monitor clinical staff utilization.
_ * _Assist in developing and updating program policies and procedures.
_ * _Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling services for the treatment of substance use disorders and mental health conditions commensurate to supervisory duties.
_ _*Qualifications:*_ * _A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling_ * _A minimum of two years of experience working in the behavioral health field_ * _Eligible for Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professional’s certification as a Clinical Supervisor (we assist with the application and provide supervision)_ * _Clinical supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
_ * _Full licensure as an LMSW or LPC health care professional in Michigan_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $36.
