Ford Dealership Service Manager

We are hiring at our growing new and used car Ford dealership in Alma, MI and looking for an experienced Service Manager to add to our team.
Duties would include: - Ability to work M-F - Oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department - Manage a team of service technicians and mechanics - Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Schedule and assign work to technicians based on skill level and availability - Monitor and track progress of repairs and service jobs - Provide technical guidance and support to technicians when needed - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of service and repair history - Order parts and supplies as needed for repairs Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service management - Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures - Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues - Familiarity with a variety of vehicle makes and models - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks - Pay is flexible and based on experience level.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
