We are looking for a service manager to manage the service department and handle service interactions, reports, and repairs.
This person should display a strong sales-minded attitude and leadership skills.
The responsibilities and requirements of this job would include the following.
Service Manager Responsibilities:
* Managing service team members to ensure objectives and sales goals are met.
* Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
* Handling customer complaints and create methods to lessen recurring issues.
* Managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
* Increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.
* Ensure company's standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
* Helping train new employees in company procedures.
* Maintaining knowledge of the industry's regulations, restrictions, and laws
* Remaining current on the industry's standards, new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
Service manager Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of the field.
* Leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
* Computer skills
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and stress
