We currently have a terrific opportunity for a qualified Fixed Operations professional to lead all service and parts operations at our CDJR store in Big Rapids, MI.

You know how to recruit, staff and motivate every person in the department.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages Service Advisor, Parts Counter and Technician staff.
Implements processes that deliver a world-class customer experience.
Grows service and parts sales and repair order volume.
Understands and ensures compliance with the manufacturer warranty and policy & procedures.
Controls areas of waste; keeps receivables, policy expense and inventory levels within guides.
Oversees department maintenance and upkeep.
Ensures the department and personnel remain compliant with company, factory and government policy and regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of experience in the retail automotive service and parts business
5 years of experience as service or parts department manager.
Experience with Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram and CDK dealer management system is a plus.
A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required
High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree is preferred.
