Your Role You’re part of the leadership group responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store.
Working closely with the Store Manager you’ll help teach, coach and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow’s leaders.
As you probably know, it’s all about developing the team and helping others achieve their career goals.
This is also a great position to learn and develop your leadership career further!

You’ll also perform a lot of the store work, including being and amazing customer service enthusiast, cash and credit transaction, responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco and lottery products and the normal retail recordkeeping.
Here’s a hint, if you help the Store Manager hire, train, and develop great people, the details are a lot simpler!
Yes, you’ll probably be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
We suggest looking at it this way, these are great times to really understand the business, your customers and your team.
This understanding will help you assist the Store Manager in putting together the best game plan!

Your Skills You probably have a High School diploma or equivalent and maybe even a great combination of some college credits and great experience.
Either will do! We’d also like to see at least one year of related retails experience.
You should demonstrate your awesome leadership skills and development potential.
We’re also going to look closely at your ability to communicate throughout the time we get to know one another.
You’ll also need to stand, bend, and reach along with lifting at least 50 lbs.

One last note, you’ll need reliable transportation and valid current auto insurance in order to perform some leader roles.
