Installation HVAC/R Department Manager 4+ Years Experience

The Installation Manager is expected to provide leadership and guidance throughout the department.
They work closely with the Estimators and the Foremen to identify the project’s budget and establish tools, materials and professionals needed to achieve their goals.
Their job is to work with all stake holders and set deadlines for each phase of construction.
They may also conduct frequent site visits to track progress and make sure that workers have a safe environment to conduct their job duties.
They will also build and maintain rapport with our customers and suppliers.
The right candidate should have the following skills and qualifications: * Good interpersonal and supervisory skills * Knowledge of the best HR practices * Excellent analytical skills * Knowledge of basic accounting procedures including making financial projections and interpreting job costing reporting * Decision-making skills * Ability to work under pressure * Great problem-solving and decision-making skills * Effective leadership abilities, like motivation, goal-setting and conflict management * Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking * Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
