Summary of Position: Students must assist and perform highly skilled duties associated with the Project Management Department on a variety of projects and tasks including, but not limited to; residence hall remodeling projects, dining services projects, academic facility projects, office space planning, facility audits, signage, maintaining the university’s facility condition assessment, maintaining electronic and hard copy facility documents, and utilizing the university’s work management software.
Position Requirements: *Must be able to work independently to assist with developing project scopes, preparing bid packages, researching materials and methods, preparing cost estimates, drawings, and specifications.
Responsible for implementing and scheduling assigned projects and performing construction management with the assistance of required trades and contractors.

*Must have extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, reading construction documents, construction processes, architectural graphics, and field measurements
*Prioritizes and performs multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
*Performs duties with minimal job training and supervision.
*Must meet FSU driving requirements
