Distribution Center Manager

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Distribution Center Manager to join our Marne team.
The Distribution Center Manager will coordinate warehouse activities, oversee inventory control, and manage other day-to-day operations.
*Responsibilities:* * Manage department leaders in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
* Motivate and engage warehouse and load team employees to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.
* Create training plans for new employees, monitoring continued performance.
* Interview candidates for open positions, working closely with the HR Manager to assist in the onboarding process.
* Lead employee meetings with staff to identify and address issues, as well as communicate any relevant company messages and changes.
* Schedule, track and approve department leaders worked time and time off requests.
* Manage the pulling of product for scheduled deliveries, assisting as necessary.
* Manage the loading and unloading of trucks, assisting as necessary.
* Complete and organize any necessary paperwork.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Fill in as needed for deliveries.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
*Requirements* * At least two years of warehouse or distribution experience.
* At least three years in a management role is required.
* Experience with managing multiple departments is preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
* Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
* Proficient in the Google Workspace, with a willingness to learn other required software.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.
00 - $26.
