In our four-bedroom home, we have a little room available.
Though it is on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms, it is situated just off the kitchen.
This room is connected to a bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Plenty of space for entertaining, no smoking allowed inside.
Pets are preferred, but special considerations may be granted.
Events and parties are permitted within reason.
