-Parking in front of the house, a few feet from the front door.
-HOA pays for snow plowing, yard maintenance, and garbage removal (included in the $750/ housemate rent).
-The front and side gardens are able to be changed as desired.

-Located in the Traditions subdivision off of Rusch Road (about 3 miles south of the airport)
-You will be sharing the home with one other individual 32(she/her).
-There is one small dog and two cats.

-Utilities: Split evenly between housemates (electric, heat, internet, water) Averages between 130-160 per housemate depending on the month.
Colder months will tend to have a higher heating bill.
-Deposit: $750
-Lease: One year lease, with option to renew
