Currently do not have a washer dryer but there is a laundry mat close by in Karlin or TC.
Must have your own mailing address or PO box, and cannot use my address for anything State related such as DHS etc.
Limited storage space.
Electric/gas included if reasonably used.
BATA stop, Tom's Market, party store, dollar store all just around the corner.
Prefer someone that works days, but I'm open.
