The apt comes with Free WIFY, trash, water,busing,Gym(but it's off the apt grounds like 3-4 mins away) AC/ceiling fan in living room only but it does the job.
What I provide: I furnish the house with a couch, tv, DVD , air antenna , so you can get plenty of channels.
,use of pots, pans, baking dishes, silver ware, cups, plates, all that you can imagine.
If you are moving for college and don't have the money for buying a house full of things, I'm the perfect match! The only thing I don't have is a bed for the bedroom that is yours.
I'm willing to share everything in the apt 50/50.
Space wise, except there's a closet in the living room filled, not any room.
It's for my holiday stuff , Christmas tree, ect.
It's packed! Don't even ask! I have a personal washer , and if needed you may use it.
Now, what
else, Target is right next door, and across the road, there's a strip mall with resturants,and stores.
Aldi and Walmart are 1/3 way down the road, and 1/2 mile is a ready care doc office.
This road is packed with many things actually.
About me, I am 50 but I feel like 30.
I am quiet.
I spend most of my time in my room.
I have a daughter she lives in the UK.
I have to take care of her.
So I spend a lot of time with her.
I am looking for a job,I usually work with kids.
I am looking more for a guy no offense to the ladies.
But every once in a while sometimes have issues and need someone who will be there to back me up.
I prefer someone who is also quiet, who doesn't smoke, who will not have a lot of people over none would be great! Someone who wouldn't mind taking out the trash, and do their own dishes.
And if you could help vacuum that be great!
