I am looking for someone to share a 2 bd 2 ba house with me in Alanson.
15 minutes from Petoskey and close to ski hills and hiking trails.
I am 25 and am looking for another professional aged 20-35.
We don’t have to be best friends, but I need someone respectful and easygoing if we’re going to live together.
Payment would be on a month-to-month basis but we would sign a rental agreement to protect us both.
All utilities, snow removal, internet, and other costs associated with housing would be included.
Security deposit due with first month’s rent.
No smoking of any kind on the property.
I want to allow pets because I know how difficult it is to find pet-friendly housing, but I have two dogs who are not great with other dogs and cats so we’ll have to talk about it.
