Must be be trustworthy and respectful.
Needs to love cats, as they are playful and rambunctious.
Main floor is shared with two other persons (myself included)
Common areas include; small bathroom, kitchen, and sitting room/ dining area.
Rent includes; gas heat, electrical, water, sewer, trash, WIFI, and driveway plowing
No parties, strongly prefer no alcohol on premise, and no smoking indoors
Housemate details
Two quiet and private fully employed individuals.
One works mornings, the other schedule varies greatly.
