$344 / 2br - Roommate needed by March 1st (Mt. Pleasant)

Need a Roommate at Union Square apt.
1 room available due to my roommate moving out.
I still have 5 months on my lease.
So will go till July.
Rent is 344$/month.
Not sure if there is any added fees to move in.
A maybe in having to do that.
But the normal monthly bills is rent on the first, and then the electric bill shared 50/50 the last bill was 110.
$ To give an idea.
But after March/April it usually drops down to 40$.
So it's not bad until honestly January.
Apartment offers Free: Internet, trash, water.
And they have weekly free stuff at the office like food and stuff.
, and there is free Gym off campus it's only 5 mins away though.
The type of person I'm looking for is quiet, clean, will clean the whole apt not just your room, won't have a lot of people over, is willing to share buying common things like dish soap, hand soap, paper towels.
I do not want a smoking person, not out side smoking, and no vaping!! I am looking for quiet and calm people, No drama! It be good for an older person around 30-50.
Someone going to school or working, or doing their masters.
I do have a TV, but no cable.
I have a tv antenna.
It can get a few good local channels.
I do have a VCR, you are free to use it at any time.
I have no problem with that.
I also have a mini washer that can be used but no dryer except for drying racks that stay in the living room.
I also have a ceiling fan and a small AC in the living room.
I do not mind in the summer having the bedroom door open to cool the rooms off.
The Bedroom is the smaller one.
The closest is big.
But it's not furnished in the bedroom.
I myself am female /50, I have a fiancé ,and a daughter but they are in England.
I spend all my time right now with them on the video chat from morning till about 10pm then I start my day I eat, will maybe watch tv on my phone in my room though.
I try not to bother whoever I live with, right now I live with a male.
Which I get along with great.
I'm pretty quiet, try to be helpful, I like to sometimes cook and share if it's too much.
Some times I might ask for help like I had to have my wisdom teeth out and my now roommate took me.
So looking for someone who wouldn't mind helping if I need surgery.
Other than this I'm pretty neat, I try to keep up with everything.
Am looking for someone who would be honest and open enough to say if they were upset about something.
That way nobody gets to angry.
One of my pet peeves is hair in the bathroom on the sink and in the tub.
I try to keep it clean off.
And also to keep the toilet clean.
Those are my only real things I really need to keep clean.
