Assistant Manager Retail

* We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service for our business.
Candidates need to be able to make customers feel welcome in our store, have a positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential employee and customer concerns.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and assist our sales associates in keeping them informed and held accountable for their schedules and handbook requirements.
Wage dependent on experience and commiment level.
*Responsibilities* * Greet customers * Answer customers’ questions and make suggestions about specific products.
* Ensure that the sales floor is kept neat and orderly * Coordinate and monitor with the sales associates team to always provide excellent customer service.
* Oversee the fulfilling and shipping of online sales.
* Help in planning and executing quarterly women's events.
* thorough understanding in our POS system * creative and open and willing to work as a team with other managemant as well as sales associates * able to understand the desires and vision of Serendipity when it comes to their branding and store design and layout.
*Skills* * Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role * Understanding of the retail sales process * Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures * Basic math skills * Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with employees, customers and upper managemant/store owner.
* Flexibility to work various shifts * High school degree Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $14.
