Would like to share small house, apartment, or maybe just rent a room (Traverse city, Mi.)

I am a very mature male in my 60's wanting to share a small house, apartment, or maybe just rent a room, I can afford about $650.
00 a month.
I don't party very much and don't care to have to deal with some one that does.
I would like to have my own bathroom, but it is not a must.
I need a small area in either a garage or a basement, for a small woodshop.
I like animals, I have had them around all of my life.
I would like to live in or near Traverse city, because I don't drive.
I also would perfer that anyone that may answer this post, be at least close to my age.
I am not looking for a relationship just a place to live.
