would like to share a small house, apartment, or maybe just rent a roo (Traverse city, MI)

I am a very mature male in my 60's, wanting to share a small house, apartment, or maybe just rent a room.
I can afford about 650.
00 per month.
I don't party very much and don't care to have to deal with someone who does.
I would like to have my own bathroom, but it is not a must.
I need a small area in either a basement or a garage for a small woodshop.
I like animals, I have had them around for most of my life.
I would like to live in or near the Traverse City, area because I don't drive.
I also would purfer that anyone who may answer this add be at least close to my age.
I am not looking for a relationship, just a place to live.
