All guests are renters like yourself so you won't feel like you are in someone's house.
There is no lease and no long term commitments.
We cover the utilities and all amenities.
The home is fully furnished with furniture, TV's, kitchen supplies, bbq grill, etc.
There is wireless and cable.
Every bedroom has a new flat screen TV.
We require that all tenants have a job.
Rent is due weekly and there is no term commitment.
All you have to supply is your bed sheets and bathroom towels.
There is a washer and dryer for the tenants use.
The cost is $145.
00 per week and a $100.
00 security deposit.
