would like to share a small house, apartment, or maybe just rent a roo (Traverse city, Mi.)

I am a mature male in my 60's wanting to share a small house, apartment, or maybe just rent a room.
I can afford about 650.
00 a month.
I don't party much and don't care to have to deal with someone who does.
I would like a small area in either a garage or a basement for a small woodshop.
I like animals I have had them around most of my life.
I would like to have my own bathroom, but it is not a must.
I need to live in or near Traverse city because I don't drive.
I would like anyone who may answer this add to be at least close to my age.
I am not looking for a relationship just a place to live.
