*Position Description*
As a Community Manager, you will have responsibility for the operational aspects and the continued profitability of your community and will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for residents.
You will oversee everything from capital improvements, administrative activities, marketing, leasing, renewals, coordination of property maintenance, budgeting, and most importantly, resident relations.
Ensuring a positive atmosphere and responsive service for the members of your community will not only mean satisfied long-term residents, but also present a positive face for Michigan Community Capital the Community.
This position reports to the Director of Property Management

*Education and Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, community organizing, marketing, hospitality management or similar field OR 3-5 years of property management experience.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft ® Office products.
* Experience with RentManager, Appfolio, Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
* Experience with basic/entry level Salesforce is a plus.
*Schedule *
This position may involve some weekend or evening time commitments to assist residents with moving in or out of the community.
Most work is handled during normal business hours.
The position is salary plus commission and bonus, non-bargaining and “at will.
”
*Travel*
This position is on-site and may require travel to other communities within the portfolio.
