Fixed cats $40/each (West Branch)

I have 2 cats that I need rehomed My work life and personal life have changed, and it's not fair to keep them home alone.
Owen, male 1/3 Main Coon, long haired white brown and black.
About 7 years old Wednesday, female long-haired black and white 10 months old.
Both are litter trained and fixed.
They are good with kids, not sure about dogs.
Inside pets only I am asking $40 each or $60 if you take them both.
Owen has never gotten along with other cats other than Wednesday.
I'd prefer them go together.
They both know their names and come when called.
