Female shepherd mix

We have had moxie for a year and a half.
We also have a farm she is too hyper for our farm animals and with over a year of trying to train her, she has made no progress.
She is a very sweet and loving girl.
She loves all humans, she gets along with dogs and no food aggression.
She gets along with cats but doesn’t realize how big she is compared to them.
She needs to have a fenced in yard she’s a runner.
Small adoption fee to make sure she goes to a good home.
She is around 2 years old
