Rehoming standard poodle (Cadillac)

7 month old standard poodle named Aspen.
Need to rehome asap due to living situation drastically changing.
Groomed about 2 months ago so will need that in another 1/2.
Mostly potty trained except at night.
Has some separation anxiety and needs more training.
Knows some basics (sit, stay.
Working on laying down and come when called) she is go go go all the time and would love her to go to an active family.
Possibly with another dog who likes to play.
She’s good with dogs, cats and kids over 5.
Only ever been around a baby once and was just scared so I’m sure she’ll adjust.
She loves car rides, toys and treats.
