Description:
This position is responsible for compliance of all aspects of company policies within the day-to-day operation of the FBO Department including customer relations, line operations, accounting, health, safety, and environmental functions, as well as planning and coordinating activities for the sale and provision of general aviation and commercial activities such as fuel and hangar rental.
This individual will provide day-to-day support, leadership, and direction to facilitate safe, reliable service.

Duties:
Customer Service Solutionist; address all customer needs and concerns in a prompt attentive manner
Assist General Manager with Airport Authority relations
Assist General Manager with employee relations; recognition, reviews, counseling, disciplinary actions, terminations
Assist General Manager with new team member recruitment and new hire paperwork as needed
Active Member of location Safety Team to include site safety reviews, employee observations, facility inspections, and monthly safety meetings
Assist Site Trainer with training compliance; training new employees, continuous/recurrent training, managing logs and sign-off sheets, location audits
Review fuel projections daily and coordinate supply based on demand
Coordinate team member scheduling and approving bi-weekly payroll
Coordinate and manage general maintenance of facility and equipment
Monthly operations expense reports
Assist General Manager and Customer Service Department with invoicing customers, managing petty cash, expense flow, and supply/amenity ordering
Reporting; inventory, physical to book, pricing, etc.
Attend conference calls, continued leadership training and development
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
4-year college degree in Aviation or related study and/or equivalent professional experience
General knowledge of business management and accounting
Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Line Service Technician or Line Service Trainer
Knowledge of NFPA documents and ATA 103 documents to include Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Quality Control (QC) Checks
FAR 139 Line Service Supervisor Certification or ability to obtain certification
Avflight Tow Certified and/or ability to obtain Tow Certification and Forklift Certification if needed
Practical Training on all FBO Ground Service Equipment (GSE)
Must have prior experience with Quarterly OSHA and FBO Facility Audits
Must be familiar with Airline Fuel/Deice training
Familiar with accepting fuel and glycol bulk deliveries
Proven ability to work in a team
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment

Physical Demands:
Strenuous lifting and pulling fuel hoses (75-80 lbs.
)
Climbing and standing on stepladders while connecting fueling hoses overhead
Bending and stooping to manipulate hoses and connect aircraft tow bars
Must be able to carry 70-pound suitcase from the floor to 18 inches and carry 70-pound suitcase in front of you with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet
Must have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time
Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
