As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing care in-home.
You’ll work one-on-one with our patient families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.
* Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting * Collect and record data on child behaviors * Work closely with BCBAs and help build the best treatment plans * Attend team meetings as designated to share your weekly experience, collaborate with other team members and provide feedback for how we can improve What We Offer * Competitive pay and paid training * Career Growth & flexible hours * PTO and Mental Health days * Mileage reimbursement What You'll Need * Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within child care * Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs * Reliable Transportation * Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course * Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study) Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time * Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time Who We Are at Finni Health We believe in making therapy a fun and enjoyable experience for kiddos.
