Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Police Officers.
As a Police Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining law and order, protecting the community, and ensuring public safety.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patrols to maintain public safety and prevent crime
- Enforce laws and regulations to protect lives and property
- Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance as needed
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and make arrests when necessary
- Write detailed reports documenting incidents and actions taken
- Provide traffic control and enforce traffic laws
- Assist with crowd control during events or emergencies
- Work closely with other law enforcement agencies and emergency services
- Provide support and assistance to victims of crime or accidents
Skills:
- Surveillance: Ability to observe and monitor activities for the purpose of gathering information or preventing criminal activity.
- Animal Handling: Knowledge of proper techniques for handling animals safely.
- Animal Care: Ability to provide care for animals in distress or in need of assistance.
- Law Enforcement: Knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures related to law enforcement activities.
- CPR: Ability to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in emergency situations.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and guide others in high-pressure situations.
- Militarize: Familiarity with military-style protocols, procedures, and tactics.
- Drive: Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- First Aid: Knowledge of basic first aid techniques to provide immediate medical assistance when needed.
- Conflict Management: Ability to deescalate conflicts and resolve disputes in a calm and professional manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a U.
S citizen.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
MCOLES certified or the ability to be certified at time of application.
Must have integrity and reputation above reproach.
Must have a valid Michigan Drivers License.
Applicant should have no misdemeanor arrests within the last 3 years, and have no felony convictions (including expunged).
Applicant must pass a rigorous selection process that may include, but in not limited to, intensive background investigation, oral review, drug screening, psychological evaluation, and medical evaluation.
Previous work experience preferred but not required.
