Job Summary:
The Medical Call Center Specialist will field incoming calls for all 3 clinic locations.
You are the first point of contact for our patients, their families, and other outside sources.
You will interact professionally with our doctors, staff and patients.

We are expanding our Call Center Team and looking for a *highly motivated, energetic and happy candidate *whose passion is to give elite assistance to our patients in scheduling their appointments, updating patient demographics and insurance information and triaging patient needs and questions.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred, but *we will train the right individual*
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is beneficial
