As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of office operations, including but not limited to: scheduling, filing, record keeping, and data entry - Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences - Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Handle vendor management, including ordering office supplies and equipment - Oversee front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors - Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance - Provide administrative support to staff members as needed - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives - Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and using QuickBooks Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications - Experience in event planning is a plus - Knowledge of human resources practices is preferred - Familiarity with medical office management is a bonus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail If you are a motivated individual with a passion for organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
